The BIG 250 Casey Celebrates America continues today, and the food trucks will be rolling into Fairview Park beginning at 12:00 PM!

We’ve got a little something for everyone: coffee, BBQ, burgers, lobster, kettle corn, baked goodies, shaved ice, sweet tea, snacks, treats, and all the festival food your Fourth of July weekend heart could want.

Happy Father’s Day, food truck edition!

The man that wears many hats:
Dad, Papa, Tom, pool boy, shop owner, official cleaner of the food truck, emergency food truck grocery runner.

I look like him, act like him, work like him and am so lucky to get to call him Dad. We butt heads a lot but love even harder.
