Happy 8 Years Sober to our Co-Owner Curtis!

One thing we want to highlight is that the Mattoon Police Dept. has a program called Safe Passage—if you go there seeking treatment and you’re ready to make a change, they try their absolute best to get you into a treatment facility within 24 hours. There are community volunteers that help with transportation and it can be the start of a beautiful testimony for those who need it most.

As we celebrate Curtis’ total sobriety, we want to share a collective gratitude for our local law enforcement officers, treatment facility staff, NA/AA meeting participants, probation officers, and members of the local judicial system. HUGE shoutout to our home church (Truth & Grace Fellowship of Mattoon, IL) who welcomed Curtis with open arms early in his recovery.

Let’s show support and extinguish our judgements.
Let’s share resources instead of continuing to enable someone in the depths of their addiction.
Let’s celebrate milestones and testify what our God can do!
