We received a message from someone this week that had a Mattoon native move in downtown the street from them in the Chicago suburbs:

“Our neighbor, Chris, grew up in Mattoon. He was telling me, he and his mom would get McHugh’s and go sit in the park and talk. Great memories as his mom has passed away. When his brother got married, Chris was driving them after the wedding, he had to take them to McHugh’s in their tux and wedding dress on the way to their reception!😂”

🚨🚨Mattoon🚨🚨 The new roads are great, but let’s be honest, the road work isn’t ideal…BUT, we are going to be in the heart of it for the next few weeks, but WE ARE STILL OPEN! Come see us, the 🍔 and 🍟 will still be hotter and faster than this road work! 😉😂

If you can’t get in the regular entrance, come through the alley to the south, order and loop around the front of the building and leave out the back to the east. We are still here to serve you!
