Hey friends! I'll be cooking PRIME RIB as a fundraiser for Bum Phillips Charities on Nov 26 at the Phillips Ranch. It is between Beeville and Goliad, just 5 miles the other side of Berclair. I know someone out there has been missing Swinney Switch Prime Rib! The last dinner we had, live music broke out. You just don't know who will be here. Come enjoy a great meal and meet Debbie Phillips and learn what this great charity does. We can only seat 50 so you need to call me directly ASAP at (361)244-5475!!

We are cleaning shrimp for our menu item tonight. You can order fried, grilled or coconut shrimp. We still have some Prime Rib to Chicken Fry. Yes, I said Chicken Fry!!! This is TEXAS! It is delicious. All you can eat Buffet and Menu tonight! Best place in 4 counties to eat----just ask us!!
Next Sat, May 7th is Prime Rib night. Bring your mother or your children's mother is for a really special time. If you can't make it Saturday come in Sunday May 8th. We are taking reservations and usually are very busy so call or message us here. It is much bigger than our Sunday Buffet. Don't let Mom cook or clean up that day!
