If you grew up in the ’80s or ‘90s, there’s a good chance reading books earned you something even better than a gold star… a free Pizza Hut Personal Pan Pizza.

The Pizza Hut BOOK IT! program is still going strong, and now kids can take part all summer long through the BOOK IT! Summer of Stories program. Parents can download the BOOK IT! app, set reading goals, track progress, and when those goals are reached, kids earn a free Personal Pan Pizza.

I still remember the excitement of getting that little certificate and knowing pizza night was officially happening. Some rewards just hit different when you’re a kid.
