We were so honored & humbled that you chose us to serve all of you. What a wonderful group of people! THANK YOU!

Let me just share a thought or two about business & in particular hospitality entrepreneurship. This is indeed a difficult life WE HAVE CHOSEN. That being said the majority of us follow our passions & desire to share & serve with our whole hearts. There are many forces that chip away & make our task extremely difficult at times from market fluctuations to government interferences & often our own incompetence. Many times as we have experienced personally some of these same entities had helped us be a better businesses while some take it upon themselves to unduly create impossible situations. Unfortunately when one stumbles in our social media age the vultures circle. The most of which live miserable lives of mediocrity & happenstance told every moment what to do as a child. That is not the life of the entrepreneur…we work, we stumble, we adjust, we take risk & sometimes a small percentage of us are truly successful financially. Most of us realize our limitations but understand that touching people’s lives along the road is the best we can hope for. To all of my Brothers & Sisters-in the Food Truck, Restaurant or Hospitality Industry, I salute you! Whether you are on the upswing, battling day by day or failing, the Righteous fall a thousand times yet rise 1 more time! I PRAY THOSE ON A RIGHTEOUS PATH ALWAYS RISE AGAIN & ALWAYS FAIL UPWARDS!!!❤️
