There’s been a lot of talk about lettuce lately - so we wanted to make an official statement to everyone.

Our number one priority is, and always will be, the safety of everyone who enjoys a Big A #$ Salad. With all of the commotion going on in the news - we understand a lot of people are concerned.

We have a pa #$ion for produce - It’s what we do. We’ve always washed and cut our romaine and iceberg lettuces and are constantly in contact with our distributors (who are actively working with their farms) to ensure the highest standards when it comes to freshness or any contaminants. If there was ever any reason to believe there was an issue with our fresh produce we would immediately remove it from our menu and notify everyone.
