Good evening peeps!!!! Another wonderful behind us. Another baby step forward. Event planning for the summer has begun. In addition to event services, Rollin Boneless will also be offering catering services. And we had our first client conversation today. The excitement I feel about being able to make someone’s special day, that much more special for them, cannot be expressed in words. I absolutely love what I do, and am very excited to share it with the world. Updates soon to come. Love you all.

Boom!!! Another fantastic day on the books. Baby steps. Everyday. I never believed I could be capable of an adventure like this. Alas, it is all coming to fruition in front of me. While the true reality of life surrounding it all is not exactly what I pictured 18 years ago; when I decided that I would 1 day be serving my own creation to the world. But that’s ok. I have learned that a little faith in the outcome, and lots of elbow grease in between, will get me where I want to be. But accepting that there will be sacrifices, and details lost. The translation of your dream will not always be reflected in real life 100%, and accepting that will bring with it much more peace. Fighting endless battles of perfecting minor details can prohibit growth. Learn what I can. Take the steps I can. And move forward when its ok to do so, not just because I feel like I need to. The Serenity Prayer often comes to mind, and helps a lot. Coupled with a chefs motto to be prepared for both speed and quality, and never sacrifice one for the other. And while these lessons can be taught by our predecessors, we most often learn them in our hearts through experience. Many, many failures will preface your success. Just keep getting up, and trying again. I love you all. Thank you for being here with me on this journey..

Late night thoughts. I’m working on menu. Going with “x” amount of flavors. Undecided for one. Am curious as to what you folks might think.

So when you make the decision that wings, or boneless chicken wings are on the menu. Which two options are your go to? Do you order them every time? Do you rotate flavors? Do you always go for the same sauce, no matter which restaurant, or type of wing??

Personally, nothing beats my moms buffalo wing recipe. But, its left a lasting impression. I ❤️ a good simple buffalo sauce, on boneless wings. And I would have to say that a sweet and spicy plum sauce would be my second choice. I’ve been cooking a long time, and I’ve decided that boneless are the way to go. No fuss, no chewy bits. Just better. I’ve tried many kinds of wings, boneless or otherwise, and many different sauces. A good buffalo or a good plum sauce.

Let me know what your favorites are. Maybe talk about what you wouldn’t eat on wings?

Evenin folks!! If you’re seeing this, you know me. Things are coming together. Going to be getting the trailer service ready, stocked and prepared for a trial run by the Super Bowl. I am quite sure all my paperwork won’t be ready by then, so I’ll be looking at doing a cookout for the Super Bowl, at , my house, from the trailer in my driveway. Since I can’t ”sell” any food yet, I’ll be doing it because I love you all!!!!!! And also because I love what I do, and want to cook. But mostly because I need to make sure the trailer works, 😂😂😂, let’s just be real honest. Anyways. I will post updates as they happen. As for this week, I’ll get the inside of the trailer put together as much as I can, and I’m working on the menu.
