WE’RE HIRING A COOK — ASAP

We’re looking for someone who can handle the heat, keep up in a fast-paced kitchen, and stay cool when the orders start rolling in. We need somebody who can work with the team and help us keep the food pumping out during busy dinner shifts.

We’re specifically looking for someone who can work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. to close.

We close at 11 p.m. Once the kitchen is cleaned up and everything is shut down properly, you can typically expect to be out around midnight, depending on how efficiently the closing duties are handled.

There will also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts and jump in when needed.

Experience is definitely a plus, but we’re also willing to train the right person who’s dependable, wants to work, and is serious about getting their foot in the door and learning how to cook in a busy kitchen.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

We are actively looking for an Evening Floor Manager and will be accepting applications and conducting interviews over the next few weeks.

This is a hands-on management position. You will still be serving and taking tables, but you’ll also help run the front of the house and keep everything moving smoothly, especially during our busy dinner rushes.

Responsibilities will include scheduling servers, assisting with hiring and letting go of serving staff when necessary, directing and supporting the serving team, handling customer issues, managing comps and voids, and helping maintain the overall flow and service of the restaurant.

You’ll also be expected to touch tables whenever possible, check on guests, step in when there’s a problem, and handle customers — the good, the bad, and everything in between.

We need someone who can stay calm, think clearly, and make decisions in stressful situations. This is a high-volume environment, and when dinner rush hits, it can get very busy very quickly. You need to be comfortable working under pressure while still keeping the serving team organized and our guests taken care of.

We are going to be very selective about who we choose for this position. You will be one of the main faces of our business, and we need someone we can trust to represent us the right way whether we are there or not.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, organized, confident, good with people, and comfortable leading a team.

The position will generally be Wednesday through Sunday, starting around 4 PM. Exact hours and end times will be discussed during the interview.

We stay very busy during dinner service, so for the right person who can serve while helping lead the floor, there is definitely money to be made.

Competitive pay based on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit. Compensation will be discussed during the interview.

Due to some staffing issues, we had to make the decision to close today. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We’re still in our soft opening stage and haven’t even had our grand opening yet. We’re learning a lot as we go — what works, what needs adjusted, where we need more help, and what we need to tighten up before we’re fully rolling.

There are definitely some growing pains, but that’s what this stage is for. We appreciate everyone being patient with us while we get things worked out and get the place running the way we want it to.

Thanks for understanding and sticking with us. We’ll get it there.

Just wanted to give everyone a positive update since it feels like we’ve been a little Negative Nancy lately

We finally got our third fryer up and running properly, and tonight things seemed to roll a lot smoother. Ticket times were better, the flow in the kitchen felt better, and we’re learning more every day about the grill line, how to prep things properly, and how to make everything work together the way it should.

I’m probably jinxing myself by even posting this 😂 but damn, we needed to share something positive for once.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped out tonight and everyone who’s been coming in and supporting us these past few weeks. You guys have been amazing and we appreciate the patience more than you know.

We’re still learning, we’re still improving, and we’re going to keep doing our best to give you the service and food you guys deserve!

Things are getting smoother. One day at a time. 👊

Just wanted to give y’all a little update and apologize for the ticket times some of you have been dealing with.

We’re still down a fryer and waiting on the warranty company to come out and get it fixed. Unfortunately, that process is taking longer than we anticipated. We’re also still working on getting our line running the way it needs to, and we’re all still learning how to handle the amount of business coming through the doors.

We’re also still having some issues with our point of sale system where orders are not always printing out completely, which obviously creates another problem we’re working hard to get fixed.

We absolutely love that you guys are joining us for dinner, and we definitely don’t want anyone to take this as us saying not to come in. We just want everyone to understand that when a large number of people come in all at once, that’s when it hits us the hardest and ticket times can start to climb.

We completely understand the frustration. We’re frustrated too because we don’t want anybody waiting longer than they should for their food.

We’re doing everything we can to get better every single day, and we really appreciate everyone who has been patient with us while we work through these growing pains.

Thank you for bearing with us, y’all. We’re going to keep working hard, fixing the issues as they come up, and getting better.
