A part time, home based bakery then turned into a wonderful partnership with the iconic Village Inn and has now evolved into our latest accomplishment - Hardy's Bakery, a stand alone storefront located at 116 N Main St in the Village of Massena. We use only the highest quality ingredients to provide you with scratch made baked goods - everything from our famous cinnamon rolls to custom cakes and desserts, breads and bagels, cookies and pastries. Beautiful, decadent treats that not only look beautiful, but taste even better. In the words of Julie Child, "Life itself is the proper binge" and we hope we have the chance to make your life a little sweeter!

So let us introduce you to our seasonal stuffed french toast….The Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast! 🍎 Thick cut cinnamon swirl brioche stuffed with caramel apple compote, apples from Canton Apple & C***r LLC of course, topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle & a kiss of cinnamon. Served with NYS maple syrup. It’s September, fall, apple season vibes, on a plate. 🤗
