The Town of Louisville has hired a new vendor for the restaurant this year, so we will be closing this page! Best wishes to The Mills Country Store in their new venture!

📣 WE HAVE A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
We would like to introduce Chase's Riverside Dining located on the Rivercourse Golf course at Louisville Landing on State Highway 131, opening April 2023. We are extremely excited to start a new adventure, while continuing normal operations at The Mills. We hope that you will all be as supportive as you've always been. We couldn't have asked for a better community to open up a business in. From sharing, liking, reviews and word of mouth it has been amazing!!!
This will be a family friendly restaurant, with something for everyone on the menu. We will also be hosting weddings, events and our own fun nights, while working hand in hand with the golf leagues. So instead of grabbing and going, you can sit and stay for a while instead!😁
Hopefully we will put a little spice back into the North Country year round. Please stay tuned as we will keep you updated on our progress similar to when we were getting The Mills up and going.
We would like to especially thank the Town of Louisville for considering us, and supporting us with all that they have thus far. Also a huge thank you to our employees for sticking with us while we throw continuous curve balls at them.
We will also be creating a new FB page for Chase's Riverside Dining for you to follow, just like this one.
NOTE: I wanted to name it The Boujie Mills, but Jason said no...😒😜 We decided on Chase's Riverside Dining to bring a little (get it) Chase Mills with us!

We will be back in April of 2023! Thank you to everyone who supported the course, our golf staff and restaurant staff this season, it was a great year for golf. Today was the last official day of the 2022 season. The carts have been put away until next spring, and we took down the flag today which lends a certain finality to the 2022 season. Thank you to Mike McCarthy and to Scot Young for working with Perry French to take down the flag. The course can be used by walkers but please look for announcements about days we will be closed for spraying and doing other course improvements like planting trees. Please do not walk on the course until all frost has melted, and it is now “carry in, carry out” for trash. Thanks again for helping make the 2022 golf and restaurant season a wonderful success! Perry French, Devin Page, and the golf shop crew; Brent Smith, Billy Ducolon, and the grounds team; Lauren Gordon, Mary K Hinds and The Gimme Grille staff; and Looper. We will see you back in April of 2023!

The River Course is still open thru Saturday!! Come out and golf I have the bar open today and tomorrow! Beautiful weather for November!! High of 70 today and 73 tomorrow!! 🤩

A nice fall day, a great day to golf and then enjoy the view with an ice cold beverage.
The bar will be open until 4:30 today.

Standing on the deck at The Gimme Grille, I have a view of the St. Lawrence River, the beautiful leaves and a view of the 18th tee box. Our last day is October 31st.
