Ciro hails from Naples, Italy where he owned and operated his own restaurant for more than twenty years. Carlos has been working in the restaurant business for twenty five years. He spent fifteen years working in Manhattan and ten years on Long Island. Carlos and Ciro

met while working together at a restaurant for several years. They decided to take their mutual love and knowledge of food to the next level by opening up their own restaurant and Pulcinella was born!
