We now have an electric pole and hook ups ready! Our power will run under ground but needed the pole to gain access until one day when East Main’s power all gets buried🤞

If you’ve ever seen any HGTV show you know how these things go…..hidden problems, extra expenses, behind schedule. ✅✅✅Yep we’ve checked all those boxes and the cold and wet weather has been brutal. So while we haven’t posted many updates we have still been trucking along. Fun times in the snow, loads of rain, and mud.

The plan was to expose the brick. That wasn’t easy…many layers of drywall, paneling, plastic, furring strips, and plaster but we did it! And we couldn’t be happier❤️

*Also to correct a typo we made, our building is 150 years old not 250. One of the oldest on the mile:)
