Everything is completely finished—from the outdoor stone fireplace to the rooftop patio. We are just waiting on the final paperwork to clear.

We’ll fire up the bagpipes the exact second we get the official green light!

We are transforming our historic 1887 building at 114 E Broadway Avenue into an authentic Scottish escape right in the heart of downtown. Get ready for the perfect mix of traditional pub warmth downstairs, Maryville’s very first rooftop bar experience upstairs, and a hidden surprise tucked away inside.
