New arrivals this week include some scifi, fantasy, fresh and classic horror, comic volumes, manga, a variety of romance, and some additions to our little occult section! We aim to have something for everyone in our wonderful community 💕

We also have a limeade made this week that we have been adding pomegranate popping bubbles to for a bright and refreshing treat! 🍋‍🟩

We are excited to host the next Maryville Writers Guild meeting at the bookstore 💕

The Maryville Chapter of the Missouri Writers Guild will be meeting on June 25th at The Plot Twist Plot Twist Café and bookstore in Maryville, Missouri. Anyone interested in writing is welcome to join our group. Write in the comments or DM me for more details. They have local author books, too!

It’s horror week on our Pride Month table! We have about half YA and half adult horror here, perfect for any age of spooky reader.

Next week we will finish up June with lgbtq+ nonfiction and general fiction. Come by and discover something new!

I have a collection of some absolutely ancient books in varying condition, some of which I would love to have restored!

We still have pomegranate lemonade (and pomegranate popping bubbles) left from book club! Get it with any flavor of popping bubbles and/or cut it with cold brew iced tea for just $5 🍋

Here’s a quick feature on some of our vendors with new items (or some I haven’t posted about yet)! Plot Twist Cafe just got in simmer pots from a lovely regional artisan, and a bunch of our other vendors have new stock!

Beautifully Beaded by Shanna has new keychains, wristlets, and badge retractor pens in.

Sploot Spot Beadwork by Abby has a bunch of new little beaded creatures (the skunk is our favorite).

Lilly Renee Studio has lovely new cards, stickers, and bookmarks as well as restocks of old favorites.

Moonlit Oddities has beautiful and unique new earrings and chainmail bracelets.

Author S Morgan Burbank left some of their pride and protest themed stickers here to sell after their author signing.

And there is so much more! This is just a short feature of some of our newest items, but we have a multitude of wonderful local vendors with unique crafts for sale. Come by and treasure hunt!
