As we begin the celebration of 250 years as a Country, that is still considered young compared to most countries. It also reminded me of the age of our cooks and chef in both locations. When people talk about how good momma's cooking was or is, we can make the same claim as our cooks and chef are old enough to be considered momma. Could be why our Thai cuisine is so popular. Three cooks in their late 50's and 3 cooks and chef in their mid to late 60's. (2 drawing or eligible for Social Security.) Thai food with original ingredients, not substitute ingredients. Gina has intentionally hired experienced cooks and chefs to stick to her recipes. Google says we have a 96% approval reviews from customers. I'm guessing that's why. Come enjoy at your convenience, we appreciate every customer at both the Thai Cuisine and the Thai Bistro.

It's too hot to cook. Good thing we’re already in the kitchen! We will be open all weekend, including the 4th and ready to serve the best Thai Food in Tennessee. In fact, stay home and let DoorDash or Uber bring it to you.

A big shout out about my wife Gina. NO ONE I know can do what she does. Running two restaurants has it challenges. Although I do the books and work the counter after a year and a half of healing from surgeries, I have witnessed miraculous efforts from Gina in the kitchen, hiring new cooks and kitchen staff, keeping food on the shelves and in the fridge and serving customers with a smile. Her daughter is in Thailand for a month and Gina has been covering for her. This past week has tested both of us but more so her. Example, two days she handled ten tables at a time from 2 to 9 guest at each table. I witness how sore she is in the evening when she unwraps the bandages from her knees and still smiling. Customers see her working and are amazed at how she handles everyone with a smile. Please give some love to Gina and visit our restaurants. Thank you. Happy New Year.
