We would like to thank everyone who has came out and visited and most of all we would like to thank you for your patience and kind words! We would like to again remind everyone this is our soft opening. We are not having a full grand opening until next month, and we have been so bombarded for the last two days. We definitely didn’t do a soft opening 😂😂  and us being new in this location and this busy area, we are learning the pars and things that we need for our food. This is a trial and error because we also make almost everything in-house and from scratch it takes time to get it done so that being said we have had fryers emptying into the floor gas ovens that don’t want to stay lit I could go on and on we did not close we kept pushing through. But for the last two days we have had to close for a few hours to regroup cleanup, restock on top of being shortstaffed. There are a few people who have not been so understanding and that’s OK. But we just want everyone to know we look forward to learning growing and continuing to make amazing food for you guys! Because without you all there wouldn’t be us.

Come on by and see what's cooking! I just got through making a big old pot of cabbage, bacon, and onions. We have peach cobbler today, served hot with homemade vanilla ice cream. By your truly, we are still in our soft opening process, so come hungry, but please have patience. We will be open our regular business hours, 11 to 9.

A brief update regarding our progress: despite our target to open on the first, we are facing delays with equipment and infrastructure readiness, including delays in Coke delivery and floor work. Nonetheless, we are making steady progress. The dining room is slated for completion by next week, with all drywall and plumbing works finished and most electrical work completed. Based on our current projections, we anticipate opening around the 15th of next month, although we hope to commence operations sooner. We appreciate your understanding and acknowledge the enthusiasm and support we've received.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the team from Broom Bloom Beyond. They have worked diligently over the past week to transform the property into an outstanding state. Although we still have significant work ahead, their dedication and effort have been exemplary. We highly recommend their services for all cleaning and landscaping needs due to their reliability, respectfulness, punctuality, and exceptional work quality.

We got our alcohol permit! Hopeing to be ready by end of Spring.. but looking like early Summer!

The latest update is that we're still updating! HVAC and ceiling work are taking center stage while interior remodel, paint, and carpet take a temporary backseat. It's adding months to our opening timeline, but hey, good things take time. Meanwhile, our new tables are on their way, and our dish fest is in full swing - literally, we've got the dishes, cups, cutlery, and napkins. Bring on the table-setting party!
