Lambert's Southern Pies & Bake Shop Cafe We are open at our new location 1116 East Broadway Maryville TN. We are a full bakery we also serve lunch. We love God and our community.

We have been in buisness for over 10 years and love what we do❤️ We love our community and have been voted Best Bakery along with several other awards locally since we opened in 2015 and have won a Blue Ribbon for our Pie. We Offer custom catering for small & large events. We are serving lunch again. We are working on renovations to our building and will offer breakfast & lunch once there finished but for now we are serving lunch and have lots of desserts to choose from daily.

Well, it’s officially PIE SEASON… at least in my world! 🥧🍂

And boy, do we have the PIES!

I may not know a whole lot about a whole lot. 😂 I may not be good at everything, and Lord knows I’m still learning plenty along the way…

But there is one thing I know, one thing I love, and one thing I’ve spent years perfecting… PIE. ❤️

Holiday pies, Thanksgiving pies, old-fashioned favorites, flaky all-butter crusts, homemade fillings, and lots and lots of love baked into every one.

Thanksgiving may still be a little ways away, but around here, PIE SEASON IS HERE! 🍎🥧🍂

So if you’re a pie person like me… welcome to my favorite time of year.

Come see us today for our Sloppy Joe Special and a big bowl of our Harvest Beef Soup! 🥣 Made with tender beef, butternut squash, greens, and potatoes. It's hearty, homemade, and full of fall goodness!
And oh, what a wonderful time we had Saturday at our children's apple pie class! ❤️ These little bakers did such a beautiful job making their very own apple pies. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came and shared the day with us! We loved every minute of it. Be watching for more fun baking classes coming soon!

❤️🎂 A LITTLE BIRTHDAY LOVE FROM ME TO YOU! 🎂❤️

Good morning, Bakery friends! 🥰

Just a little note to let you all know that the Bakery is CLOSED today, Saturday, September 19th, as I celebrate my 49th birthday! 🎉❤️

As I celebrate another year of life, I find myself feeling especially grateful. Grateful to the Lord for the gift of time, for the people He has placed in my life, and for each and every one of YOU who continues to support my little Bakery dream. 🙏❤️

What started as a dream has become so much more because of the love and support you all show us. Every visit, every purchase, every kind word, and every bit of encouragement means more than you know. You aren’t just customers. You are our Bakery family and friends, and I am so thankful for you! 🥹❤️

Today, I’m going to slow down, enjoy the little moments, and appreciate this beautiful gift called life. 🎂

🍎🥧 A LITTLE FRIDAY UPDATE FROM THE BAKERY! ❤️
I’m so sorry I’m just now getting around to posting about our Baked Spaghetti Lunch Special today! 🙈 It has been one busy day around here, and I can honestly say I’ve barely had time to catch my breath!
We have been selling pies like CRAZY today! 😍 We have emptied the case numerous times, and I’m going to take that as a really good sign! Y’all have been keeping us busy, and I am so incredibly thankful for every single one of you who stops by and supports our little bakery. ❤️
🍎 Fresh Apple Pies are available!
🎃 Fresh Pumpkin Streusel Pies are also filling the cases, and they smell absolutely amazing!

We are also working on something exciting today!
🌱🍪 We are developing our gluten-free, refined sugar-free, vegan cookies, and we are so excited to get these goodies just right for you!
✨ Be watching for some of these to start filling our cases next week! We can't wait to share them with you. ❤️

You know how Starbucks has a secret menu? Well… turns out we do too! 😂❤️

And this one is a little extra special to me.

A lot of you may not know this, but I actually have celiac disease. Yes… I run a bakery. I know. The irony isn’t lost on me! 😂

But what some of you may not know is that I’ve been cooking and baking this way for over 10 years because of my own personal journey. It’s something I’ve enjoyed learning about and creating long before I ever thought about sharing some of it with you.

So, meet one of our little behind-the-scenes secrets… 🍫

A chocolate cake that’s a little different from what you typically find in our bakery. ❤️

This is just a little peek at some of the things we love experimenting with behind the scenes. You may not see it on our regular menu, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a few surprises up our sleeves. 😉

And yes… the woman who runs a bakery and has celiac disease still loves making chocolate cake! 😂❤️

The secret’s out… or maybe not completely. 🍫

FYI-This cake does not contain gluten ingredients, refined sugar and is vegan. We do not put any allergy free claims on any of our products as we do not have a separate kitchen. 

And it doesn’t taste like cornbread if you know you know 😉

HAPPY WEDNESDAY, FRIENDS! ❤️

First of all, I have to share this picture because my sweet daughter Ella took it, and she said I look like a little girl! 😂❤️ I’ll take it, Ella, especially since my birthday is Saturday and I’ll be 49! 😳 I honestly can’t believe it!

Now, let’s talk about what’s coming out of the kitchen today! 🥰

We’re getting into the swing of our new lunch menu, and I’m excited to be bringing you some of those good, old-fashioned Southern favorites that we all love. ❤️

🍔 OUR PIMENTO BURGER IS ON THE MENU TODAY! 🧀

A delicious, comforting burger topped with our pimento cheese. Sometimes, simple and good is exactly what you need for lunch! 😋

🍎 AND THESE APPLE HAND PIES! 🍎

Look at that sweet icing and those colorful sprinkles! 🥹❤️ They’re the perfect little treat to enjoy after lunch or take home for later.

And just a reminder, our bakery stays the same! ❤️ We’re still baking all your favorite cakes, pies, and sweet treats. The only thing we’re changing is our lunch menu, keeping things a little simpler while still serving the food you love.
