Our Tanzania Mwika North arrives through our partnership with Deeper Roots Coffee, and behind every cup is a community that's been quietly transformed. A Coffee Processing Unit that sat dormant for over a decade is now up and running, thanks in part to a Deeper Roots giveback project, and the difference shows. Farmers can focus on harvesting only the ripest cherries, meaning quality and consistency have improved.

The result? Tasting notes of red wine, dried fruit, and orange peel, and a coffee that means something beyond the flavor.

Single origin coffee carries the fingerprint of its farm: the soil, the altitude, the hands that harvested it. The flavor is direct, honest, and unlike anything blended. Bright and citrusy from one hillside of Ethiopia. Deep and chocolatey from another in Guatemala.

Ethiopia Gatta Honey is back.

One of our favorite seasonal coffees has returned, bringing all the bright, fruit-forward character we look forward to each year. Honey processed for added sweetness and complexity, we think it’s best enjoyed as a pour over.
