Three of the coffees we lean on just landed as brand new harvests: La Armonia Hermosa and San Jeronimo Miramar from Guatemala, and Shantawene from Ethiopia.

Vienna Coffee Company is looking for an Education and Events Coordinator to lead the way we teach coffee, both inside our walls and out in the community.

This is the person who runs our weekly cuppings, trains new baristas and wholesale partners, hosts roastery tours and public tastings, and helps keep our quality standards sharp alongside our Lead Roaster and green team. If you love coffee and love helping other people fall in love with it too, this one is for you.

What we're looking for:

- Previous training or education experience in coffee or food and beverage
- Clear communicator with a real eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Steady in a fast-paced environment
- Various weekend flexibility is a must
