Cari and I are extremely grateful for all who came out and showed support.

Last night, with a whole-lotta work and faith, we launched our food truck. It was an amazing experience. We want to thank so many people for all their support. First, Thank you to the 100 customers/ friends that came out to support our ”test run” opening. We especially want to give thanks to chef and owner of Smokehouse 614, Matt Williams, for all his wisdom and friendship along the way. Thank you Sarah Griggs for your artistic expertise and fanatic photography. Thank you to all the local farms and bakeries that supply our ingredients: Burns Beef, The Flour Barn, Blues Creek Meats and Mumford’s Chips.
Most importantly we give all the glory to our Lord and Savior for allowing us this opportunity and adventure in life.
We hope to see you all real soon at a local event.
