Happiest of birthdays to my ride or die chick, one of the strongest women I have ever known. She is my advisor, my confidant, and my encourager, who keeps me reaching for what God has in store for our family. She's the A1 sauce in our house, and sometimes the Worchestershire, but regardless, she's the glue that holds it all together. Happy birthday, Love!!!

Good food, good fun. Today we did cheesy shrimp and grits as an appetizer for ourselves. Forgot gravy. Beef ribs and spare ribs for the main along with lemon ice! Can't wait to bring my friends some good food next year!

In the quest to make the best BBQ I am switching up for a lil while. I am going to try two brands I have been passing on that I hear gives the best bbq flavor to the meat. If it works out then we will be smoking with it and offering you that flavor you know and trust.
Next is Ribs and Chicken!
