I still have ribs available for tomorrow (Saturday the 11th).

Spicy or sweet. $30 per rack.

They will be ready for pick up around 4:30.

Note: The food trailer will not be open for regular business on the 11th.

We can do bulk orders on sides, but no individual size sides on Saturday.

PM me if you want any ribs or sides for tomorrow.

Looks like Martin is in for some bad weather today… starting in the morning and throughout the afternoon.

Therefore, we are closed for the day. We hope to open again tomorrow and we are closed on Saturday the fourth.

However, we plan on doing ribs on Saturday the 11th. If you wish to purchase a rack, message me and let me know what flavor profile you would like… sweet or spicy. $30 for a full rack and $17 for a half rack.
