The Grill at Fairview Inn in Marshfield, MA is growing our team, and we’re looking for great people to join us!

🔥 KITCHEN STAFF NEEDED — WE’RE LOOKING TO FILL THESE POSITIONS ASAP!

We are especially looking for experienced, reliable, and hardworking kitchen staff who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and know what it takes to keep up during a busy service.

We are an extremely busy, family-run restaurant, and we take a lot of pride in serving great food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a strong team environment. We’re looking for people who genuinely care about what they do and want to work somewhere they can be part of a team.

We’re hiring for ALL AREAS of the restaurant, including:

• Kitchen / Line Cooks
• Managers
• Servers
• Hosts
• Bussers / Food Runners
• Bartenders

Restaurant experience is preferred, especially for our kitchen and front-of-house positions, but we’re always willing to meet the right person.

We’re looking for people who are:

✔️ Hardworking
✔️ Team-oriented
✔️ Experienced or eager to learn
✔️ Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant
✔️ Proud of the work they do
