I love when our POS system sends me reports, when you’re “in it” every day, it’s easy to lose track. Yesterday, I learned the our Classic BLT was the most popular sandwich for April, and through 2026 we average FIVE Honey Mustard Crunch Salads a day! TLDR: people love bacon 🥓 ❤️ I never thought a silly pretzel-ed salad would capture your hearts and bellies but I’m here for it.

Celebrating with a remixed version of our BLT, today’s special is a California BLT ☀️ thick cut bacon, tomato, greens, avocado pureé and rainbow micro greens on grilled, buttery brioche 🍞 while supplies last!
