We’ve noticed a lot of orders lately with “no lettuce” or “lettuce on the side.”

We’re guessing it’s due to some of y’all eating at “not going to name the place.” 😅 But no need to worry here!

La Carreta is not affected by the recent lettuce-related illnesses across the country. We don’t buy pre-shredded lettuce. We buy fresh heads of lettuce and shred them ourselves for better quality and freshness.
