We recently hosted members and patrons of the Washington National Opera! The fundraiser was held in our outdoor cabanas and guests enjoyed a beautiful meal from Chef Joffre while listening to truly mesmorizing operatic voices. It was such a fun opportunity to host such a special event.

Our newly updated Hearth Bread Board is all about Fall! The spread is made from roasted red peppers and butternut squash with olive oil, balsamic glaze, and shaved pecorino to finish.

Our bison strip steak has a new look for fall! Sourced locally from Madison, Virginia, the bison is cooked over our hearth until tender and juicy. Naturally leaner than beef, this bison has a clean, rich flavor without the gaminess you might expect.

Paired with smashed potatoes, corn–aji amarillo sauce, garlic-lime vinaigrette, and salsa criolla to complete the experience.

The final course of our present menu features Chef Joffre’s new Fig Bar, with whipped mascarpone ganache, fig gel, and fresh figs straight from our garden.
