Now she is off to the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where she is majoring in Engineering for Renewable and Sustainable Energy Systems, graduating in 2030. A wonderful lunch with great conversation, fresh local flavors, and shared perspectives. A couple of weeks ago, Chef was honored to welcome a Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) member panel of ag producers to Atlantic Place for lunch and a discussion about the opportunities and challenges of restaurant ingredient sourcing including local ingredients. It was a great forum to learn from one another and celebrate the connection between agriculture and great food.
