I know it’s late in the week to be finally getting the word out, but our specials this week are just so lovely!

Pielihueso Naranjo
Is an Argentinian White blend made of Torrontes, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.  This funky yet clean orange wine has notes of guava orange blossom, white flowers, citrus zest and tea like tannins.

Old Mans Pilsner (fonta flora brewing) a west coast-style pilsner dry-hopped with citra, mosaic and talus. At 5.2% ABV this is a refreshing hoppy pilsner!

Just Pressed - lime ginger sour (ballad brewing) A blended wheat beer and sour ale that balances tart and sweet flavors with a hint of refreshing lime and warming ginger.

Dining Out For Life encourages residents of Asheville and Western North Carolina to eat out at Participating Restaurants in order to raise money for HIV care and prevention in our region.

Dining Out For Life is a celebration that supports both the local participating restaurants and the lives of those living and thriving with HIV while raising money for WNCAP’s life-saving services.
Now in its 24th year, Dining Out for Life has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in the fight against HIV/AIDS around the globe.”

Spring is happening! The sunshine is amazing out here on the patio. Some new specials this week:
Avocado B.L.T with Mediterranean pasta salad.
Toasted sourdough layered with crisp bacon, avocado, tomato and spring mix; finished with a housemade tangy cream sauce. Served with pasta salad tossed in a zesty Italian vinaigrette with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and finished with feta and parsley.

Bajta Pet-Nat

This Slovenian naturally bottle fermented unfiltered pét- nat is made of entirely of environmentally friendly yellow muscat grapes.
Kobal Wines’ vineyards sit on the Slovenian / Austrian boarder in a particularly hilly terrain characterized by cold winters and hot summers making this a beautiful wine to experience.
This unfiltered pét-nat is fizzy and floral with tasting notes of citrus blossom, lemon, fennel, ripe peach and honeysuckle lively mousse with high crisp acidity.

We are hosting a fish fry at and the for my dear friend Jaime Ager on Monday March 23rd from 5-7pm.
It is my honor to support my friend Jaime in his run for Congress.
Rarely in life do you get to vote for someone you really like and almost never do you get to vote for someone you actually know and love.
I’ve know Jaime for 28 years since we first met on the soccer field at Warren Wilson college. He is a 4th generation farmer and a truly good person who will be a great representative for WNC. He is our people and represents mountain values.
