Our 2023 Artisan dinner was a tremendous success, and we owe this achievement to the overwhelming support of community members like you. Witnessing the camaraderie and enthusiasm that filled Pittsburgh Street as local artisans and attendees came together to celebrate the spirit of creativity and collaboration was heartwarming.

We were especially delighted to see the return of the Artisan Dinner to our community after its hiatus since 2019. Your presence and engagement demonstrated the unwavering bond that ties our community together.

A special shoutout goes to Michael Gianechini from G&G Studio Creations LLC for his incredible photography skills, capturing the true essence and beauty of the evening. He captured the delectable culinary delights to the enchanting music that filled the air; the event culminated in great food, excellent company, and delightful melodies.

Meet Josh one of the chefs and creator of the Artisan Dinner.

I was born and raised here in western Pa and spent most of my summers working on our family farms. This is where I developed a passion for taking the fresh produce one step further into the culinary world. I decided to head to culinary school at IUP where I then completed my externship at Pinehurst Resorts in Pinehurst North Carolina . There I fell in love with southern Cusine and cooking styles from there I went back to IUP to finish my degree and work at the Springfield Restaurant Group, Aramark Oakmont Country Club and Treesdale Country Club. I was fortunate enough to work special events from private and intament caterings to the U.S. Open at Oakmont . It was wonky a few short years later where I decided it was time to venture out and open a cafe and catering business Mars Farmhouse Cafe to showcase the taste of artisanal and local influence while showcasing just a small handful of what our local area has to offer! My hope is that along with our there distinguished chefs and there culinary influence that we can create a summer event for the all!

We're thrilled to feature perogies from the small local business Hot Mama Perogies located in Mars, Pa.

Hot Mama Perogies began as a heartwarming tradition among friends over 15 years ago, where they made and shared these delicious pierogies during every holiday season. Now, they've blossomed into a special little business with 22 mouthwatering flavors of pierogies, all sold frozen by the dozen!

Whether you're a seasoned fan or new to their delights, Hot Mama Perogies will surely impress you.
