Tradition for our crew on someoneās last day of workā¦ and today, it was my (Kenās) turn. šš„§
Today was a bittersweet day. Not just another Motherās Day, but a day filled with reminiscing.
Over the years, Iāve built so many wonderful relationships with our customers ā many who became like family. Iāve watched people grow older, get married, raise families, celebrate milestones, and sadly, say goodbye to some along the way. Those conversations and relationships are something Iāll always cherish and deeply miss.
And then thereās my Big Boy crewā¦ more family than coworkers. Every one of you holds a special place in my š§”.
For 17 years, Iāve had the privilege of watching young adults grow into themselves, college students work hard and earn their degrees, and coworkers become lifelong friends. To the management and staff thatās been there since day one with me ā weāve truly been through it all together.
The personal talks, the long busy days, the disagreements, the tears, the laughter, the jokes, and the endless picking on each otherā¦ every bit of it helped shape this journey into something special.
It has truly been an honor and a pleasure working with all of you these past 17 years.
Thank you for the memories, the laughs, and the love.
