Beginning May 3, Temaki & Noba will be closed for the summer.

As many of you already know, Temaki & Noba will moving to the top floor of Hedgcock this summer and will be closed as we renovate our new space.

We are so thankful for all of the love Temaki has received over the last 13 years at our Presque Isle location. As hard as it is to close this chapter, we are excited to return to the heart of NMU and look forward to serving the campus & surrounding community from our new location this fall! 💚

We are currently searching for a Manager of Employment Operations and Training for Dining Services & Auxiliary Operations.

This is a salaried position with great benefits!

Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• One year experience in an office setting with a focus on organizational skills, database management and/or a computerized payroll system.
• Knowledge of and experience with union contracts
• Knowledge of practices, policies and procedures related to human resources
• Understanding of principles for curriculum and training design for individuals and groups

At Temaki we’ve partnered with to giveaway some sriracha themed prize totes for Lunar New Year!

When you order an entree or sushi roll at Temaki you will be given a Sriracha hot sauce packet. Ten lucky students will receive a packet with a winning sticker! If you receive one of these winning packets, bring it to the Dining Services Central Office (1103 Northern Center) to claim your prize!
