Hi everyone! My lovely husband and I are still working on sealing the deal on our perfect pizza trailer. However, the timeline is looking grim 🥲 as we would still love to open before the end of summer; next spring is looking like our Grand Reopening. Will keep the page posted when we buy the trailer and the journey of getting the equipment. Thank you for staying tuned ☺️

Hello everyone! I wanted to jump on and let everybody know what the future holds for Lakeshore Pizza. As many of you know I rent the trailer from my stepfather and he uses it for his own festivals downstate. It gets tough moving the trailer back and forth in the middle of the summer and leaves customers confused 🫠 The plan is to purchase my own trailer so I can be permanent in Marquette county in my usual Lakeshore Blvd spot and also do festivals/weddings. & The name will be changed from G’s Lakeshore pizza >to> Lakeshore Pizza. We have decided that it’ll be best to invest in a new custom trailer rather than buying someone else’s used trailer that isn’t set up for pizza. With all that being said, this summer may be a very late start (August or possibly next summer) as we get the business loan, trailer made, a truck to pull and all the new business owner mumbo-jumbo. I will keep this page updated on the timeline!

As always- Thank you for supporting my small business and the kindness you’ve all shown me these past 3 summers. This is a dream come true and I couldn’t do it without my amazing community. -Taylor

Change of plans. The trailer is being shipped downstate on SUNDAY. It’s the only day I can swing it. So SATURDAY is my last day open!
