GARLIC SCAPES!
We picked a ton of garlic scapes…..too many for us to use them all.

Garlic scapes are the flower stem of hard necked garlic. They can be used in anything you add garlic to. Great in soups, grilled to top steaks or burgers, pesto, omelets, etc.
They last for weeks in the frig and can be chopped and frozen for later use.

Have them bagged up in groups of 20. If you would like some swing by the shop. My gift to anyone interested!
