So as I mentioned before I will not be doing markets for a while and am taking time to prioritize my health.

Part of that has been losing weight and managing stress. I am down over 90lbs since January 25th.

I truly believe a huge part of that is actively managing my stress. Which I have done in many ways. But what I think has made the biggest difference this time, is the 9 hours I take for myself every week.

3 days aweek,after my gym workout, I spend 3ish hours at Great Lakes Counseling and Wellness Center . This is time for me to completely focus on myself. This is the best money I have ever spent. $200 a month and I get unlimited services at the "spa".

The salt cave, gives me 45 minutes to read and just breathe...my sinuses have never been better. Then I move on to the 4D massage chair, HEAVEN! I named him Jason Momoa 🤣. Then the Amythyst Bio Mat, toasty from head to toe, there have been naps, lol. I then go to red light therapy for another half hour where I listen to my favorite podcast. I finish up with the infrared sauna.

I'm telling you, after the gym I hobble in, and by the time I leave I am loose, limber, and skipping out the door.

The staff is fantastic as well. They didn't ask me to share my experience. I love the place so much I am always talking about it.

I also want to use some of my new downtime to share some of my favorite small businesses in the area.

Just a heads up, I will NOT be at the Marlette Farmers Market tomorrow. I have to go out of town to take my daughter to a doctor's appt. Finally starting the process of taking care of the servere pain she's been living with.

That being said I will NOT be at any markets or shows in the foreseeable future.

I am still open for orders though and I might do some surprise baking here and there.

I have truly appreciated all the support at the markets and shows and have enjoyed getting to know everyone.

Hi all! Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at the Marlette Farmers Market .

I do want to let everyone know that this may be my last local event. I have not decided on Fall Family Fun Day yet.

I will still be open for orders for a while, while I figure out the direction I want to take. Life just keeps rolling and I've been making some changes and concentrating on my wellness and getting healthy and strong.
