Wondering about Pastitsio? It’s pronounced PAH-STEE-TSIOH and it’s a Greek comfort dish layered with pasta, seasoned ground beef and topped with a creamy béchamel sauce.

This 4th of July, we’re doing something we don’t often do, we’re taking a little break. Not just to celebrate the holiday, but to honor the incredible team behind Family House of Pizza.

We’ll be closed from Friday, July 4 through Sunday, July 20, reopening bright and early on Monday, July 21 at 10:00 a.m.

Our crew has poured their hearts into every pizza, every order, every hello at the counter and many of them have been with us since the early days. They’ve shown up with dedication, warmth and care for our customers and community and this break is our way of saying thank you. It’s a well-earned chance to rest, recharge and spend time with their own families.

We’re so grateful to be part of the Marlborough community and for all the love and stories you’ve all shared with us, from your first slice to your family traditions. That’s what keeps us going!
