Tasteful Tuesday!

This week’s Tasteful Tuesday takes us just over the hill to Mad Dog Cafe & Market in Markleeville!

Open seven days a week, Mad Dog is a great little stop for breakfast or lunch, with grilled and cold sandwiches, soups, baked goods made fresh daily, and plenty of snacks and goodies to grab while you’re there.

You can find them at 290A Old Pony Express Road in Markleeville, right off Highway 88. If you’re headed that direction, stop in, grab a bite, and support a fellow Chamber member!

Coffee with a Cop is a national community policing program launched in Hawthorne, California in 2011. It brings local police officers and community members together at neutral spots like coffee shops for informal conversation, with no speeches or rigid agendas.
