Levy Bakery I am a self taught baker and aspire to do this for a living. I have been baking for most of my life, taught by my grandmother and mother!

I love to bake, it is a true passion of mine. I love to make creations out of ingredients that might not makes sense to others. I strive to make healthy baking taste good. I love to bake gluten free and diabetic friendly foods. I have just been starting to decorate cakes and love to try new things. I do not like to use fondant. I think that if you are going to eat something it shouldn't taste like plastic. I use only buttercream, royal, marshmallow icing when decorating.
