Finally got all broken equipment fixed today. We have Chocolate Ice Cream again 2 new compressors installed & working fine. Both pizza ovens up & running. Hopefully no more major breakdowns for a little while. We are finally ready for this weekend.

We've been having problems with the ice cream machine. It operates as 2 separate machines, we use one side for vanilla, one side for chocolate. The compressor for 1 side has gone out. It should be replaced Mon or Tue. Right now we have vanilla cones only. We can still make chocolate shakes, we just add more chocolate syrup.

Our internet/credit card machines are working. I've heard Mediacom may be out again. So glad we switched to TMobile internet. Mediacom was awful for us, TMobile has been awesome.
