Started these sweet little library bags a while back and finally got to gift them yesterday for Jolabokaflod, the Icelandic tradition that occurs on Christmas Eve in which everyone gifts books and then reads and drinks hot cocoa all day long.

It’s a holiday I can 100% get behind.

Has life ever gotten so in the way that you don’t even realize you’re in the thick of it…until you do? The past year (+) has been just that…one long string of time where we have just been falling over ourselves in the thick of life.

But a recent retreat has left me feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to wrestle with myself. It has also reinvigorated my creativity.

So stay tuned here…there’s still yarn. And oils. And coffee. But also a lot of revelation…and simplifying.

This summer, I’ve been spending a lot of time and focus on making space…physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I’m evaluating everything that keeps me from being me (mostly…all that “stuff”) and thus eliminating it from our home.

With that, next week I’ll be having my biggest sale ever in an effort to clear out some cabinets so that I might make room for creativity. So stay tuned…this will be my most epic clearance ever!
