just a reminder...We are now serving ice cream. Open Saturday and Sunday 11 - 7pm. Milkshakes, sundaes, flurries, floats, cones. even Boston mikshakes with the hot fudge or strawberries swirled through them. Hope to see ya

What amazing weather!! If this keeps up I will have to be making more cold salads and less hot soups!! We are grilling outside this Friday. Hamburgs, hot dogs, and Italian sausage. But we will also have tuna noodle casserole for those that observe lent.

mmm mmm BBQ Beef brisket on sub rolls today. Great with a cup of either homemade vegetable soup or seafood bisque made from a recipe given by our local marion top cook, Carolyn Adriennsen. Also have chocolate chip cookies just going into the oven now. Doesnt get any better than this!!

today is definately chicken and biscuit day. We are also featuring an in house favorite. Corn Medley chowder. lovingly called Jaybird soup in our house. LOL

Great things cooking today. Mushroom swiss burger soup is ready and amazing!! Also made some vegetarian vegetable for those that dont like burger or mushrooms. Right now finishing the Chicken and homemade baking powder biscuits. Down home cooking that will stick to your ribs! LOL

Today's soups are French onion and Broccoli Cheddar. Special is penne pasta and meatsauce with fresh garlic bread. Open til 7 tonight.
