Have you ever thought about where our small town would be without Carlson’s grocery store? I have and about 5 months ago I took the liberty of applying for the Business Awards on their behalf. The State asked me questions I didn’t know the answers to so I had to seek out help from the community with them! The responses I received blew me away and brought me to tears! The Carlson’s are staples of this community and they donate to every thing that’s ever asked of them! As business owners we appreciate them and look up to them, as friends we appreciate their support of our small business. We had a wonderful night of networking with other businesses throughout the state! There was 100 different businesses in their category and Carlson’s recieved the top award! We were thrilled for them! So if you’d like to check out their amazing awards go see them today! I want to say a special thank you to Roger & Kylie Schroeder and Marion National Bank for securing our table at the awards dinner last night in Overland Park and to the ones who emailed me and helped me answer questions thank you! When a small business like Carlson’s succeeds we as a community succeed! They’re what makes Marion great! Carlson's Grocery
