Before and after photos. We had to completely redo the floors because sewer water was coming up from the floor. We completely redid it, and then they decided to steal everything, including the dishes.

I heard these people spreading lies about us, so let's tell the truth about them. First off, we always had a perfect health department rating. They broke into the restaurant and locked us out. We always paid the rent on time every single month for the past 3 1/2 years. They ruined the place, now it looks so trashy. They stole all of our equipment, even the dishes; they're using them right now, that's how sad they are. We did so much work at the place; we gutted it, fixed the sewer that ran up through the floor - we had pictures of that - completely tiled the floor, put in a hood system and a fire suppression system, and completely redid it, making it a usable, functioning, full restaurant. And they took everything. Now they don't get in, so they want to tell lies. Well, let's tell the truth. The air-conditioning doesn't work; they refuse to fix it, so in the summer, we closed. We made all of the repairs ourselves, spending our own money because they didn't have it, and we figured we got a good enough deal on the rent that we could do that. So, we worked hard and paid for everything ourselves. Then this past summer, they saw an opportunity to take everything. When I came back into town from working, I found the locks changed and they stole everything. Unjust enrichments; his wife snuck back into the country, so they found an opportunity to take everything. He said he was a coyote and he already snuck his brother-in-law back into the country. Tony's lawn care is here illegally after being deported several times; his wife has already been deported and now she's back. We did so much work on this place, so if they want to go tell lies, that's fine. Contact the health department and you'll see we had a perfect rating, no violations, not ever in the past 3 1/2 years of being open. They don't even have a food handler's license; they leave garbage out on the countertops at night and don't even clean up. So, let's see how long their health department rating lasts. They leave the back door open all the time, letting rodents and flies in; you can't do that. We spent so much money, and he was just waiting for the day to take everything. My next post will be some before and after pictures of everything we did to the place.

I regret to inform you that the building owner has allegedly terminated our lease without notice after we invested substantial resources, totaling thousands of dollars, in renovating the property. Many of our attorney clients are aware that the building lacked essential infrastructure, including a hood system, fire suppression system, and flooring in the restaurant space. We undertook significant improvements, installing new countertops, equipment, and addressing various issues. However, the owner reportedly seized our property, allegedly to make way for a Mexican restaurant. We had relied on a verbal agreement, rather than a formal contract, which included commitments to repair the roof, plumbing, and other essential systems, for which we were never compensated. Notably, the owner's wife had returned to the country after being deported. This experience highlights the unfortunate reality that hardworking individuals can be taken advantage of. I hope those responsible can reconcile their actions. I would like to express gratitude to our loyal customers, and we look forward to opening a new establishment soon. The owner refused to address pressing issues, including the heating and air conditioning system and sewer problems. I have maintained records of our correspondence, including evidence of rent payments made during the summer months when the business was closed due to the inoperable air conditioning system, which created an extremely hot work environment that exacerbated my pre-existing eye health issues. I managed to pay the rent every month despite these challenges. furthermore every improvement that we made they were just smiling knowing one day that they would just stab somebody in the back but that’s the way the world is anybody that’s been in that restaurant knows that we did so much work to it I hope they can sleep well at night and anybody that helped them ruin a small business had to overcome many challenges had to spend a lot of money on the hood system they never put one in they were just waiting for the chance to stab somebody in the back you can never prosper like that I truly went out of my way for my customers thank you again for the support
