And that's a wrap..... We are officially done, doors locked for the last time.
Thank you to all our customers over the years and especially this past week! To say we went out with a bang would be an understatment..... so THANK YOU for making us feel the love and support!!!!!
Closing the door on this chapter and opening the door to start the next venture...... best wishes to all!

We are closed for the day today..... tomorrow we will open at 10 to run out our remaining products.

Once again thank you to everyone that has stopped in this week for their final fill of Hippo Subs!!!! We have definitely felt the love and support of our community and would like to wish everyone the best!!!!

Sounds like we were able to put in an order to receive tomorrow so we will be open, but for how long depends once again how fast we run through supplies.
However, while we are extremely grateful for the outpouring love and support, we have been slightly overwhelmed and occasionally orders have taken longer to get out than we would like and since one of us is not operating at full function (had surgery Tuesday) the phone will not be top priority once we are open for walk ins. We also will not be taking deliveries other than Marinette Marine for 9:55.

Update number 2: we are back up and running

Update: We have to shut down for about a half hour to straighten up and restock/reorganize. Hopefully the phone will be charged up some. All should be back up and running about 1:45.

My apologies to anyone trying to reach us by phone right now. It has been extremely busy and our phone is completely dead right now so we cannot answer it.

Unfortunately it is time to put the rumors to rest and say goodbye...... Hippo Subs will be closing by the end of the week. While we will be closed on Tuesday for an out of town appointment, we hope to make it to end of day Friday (depending on product availability). It's sad to say goodbye after 12 years and many friendships along the way, but it's time to venture into new things.
Thank you to all our customers that supported us over the years. We are excited to see what the future holds.

Hippo Subs is closed today 2-23-2023. The weather does not help matters, but we are actually heading downstate to support the Menominee Maroons bowling team at regionals!
We will be closed from Thursday (2-23) thru Saturday (2-25), reopening normal business hours Monday (2-27).
