After more than 20 years of love, hard work, laughter, memories, and dedication to this building, the time has finally come as our beloved Pam begins her retirement.
There really aren’t enough words to explain what Pam has meant to Applejacks and to all of the people who have walked through these doors over the years. Pam has always had a heart for people. She has celebrated with us, laughed with us, cried with us, worried about us, cheered us on, and probably given more advice than some of us knew we needed. Most importantly, she has loved her employees like family and has given so many of us a place to call home.
After all these years of Pam putting in the long hours, keeping things moving, taking care of everyone, and giving this place her heart and soul, we know for sure that she is leaving behind a LEGACY!
And Pam… thank you. Thank you for every early morning, every late night, every problem you solved, every person you helped, and every time you put everyone and everything else before yourself. Thank you for showing up — over and over again — and giving Applejacks so much of you. The building may still be standing, the doors may still open, and the drinks may still get poured… but it won’t be the same without you.
Here’s to the next chapter, relaxing a little, enjoying your new home, and making all kinds of new memories. You’ve earned every minute of it and more. ❤️
