I’ll be landing at in Marietta tomorrow/Saturday for a little bit of morning music from 10a-1220ish. ☕️

After that I’ll be heading to Baltimore to join my friends the at from 3-6 for the south Baltimore brewing event. 🍺

I support liquid purveyors apparently.

Local Photographer Bob Becker came by at my pitch the other day and asked if I knew I was on a magazine cover, I said no, and then he produced this 8&1/2 by11 photo of me from the mythical “life” magazine. Cracked me up to say the least, he said I was a good target.

This Saturday 9/17…starting at 8am and going all day…please come show your support to the folks that fight every day to get and keep our beloved river healthy and clean! ❤️

Races, live music and FREE beer? YUP! Sign up for the 4th Annual Dam Bridge Challenge which features 4 paddle races along the Susquehanna River, on Lake Clarke! Don't let the word races scare ya... Many people just show up and paddle to show support of our work. Kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards are all welcome. Prizes and swag awarded! Don’t care about racin’? That’s cool, grab a signature dam bridge cup, drink local beer, and groove to the music. Event is FREE to the public!

The 1st race will be the main event and is a 10-mile race, spanning the distance between the Safe Harbor Dam and the 462 bridge. 3mi and 1 mi races to follow.

Your entrant fee includes a 1-year membership to the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association. Advance registration is best, and on-site check-in begins at 7:15am. Walk-up registration welcome.

After the races, stay on-site at Shank’s Mare Outfitters for awards and a celebration! Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each category for each race. Stay for our post-race party with delicious food, FREE BEER and live music by Redeye Funk and Carn & Kostoff Full Band! Donations welcome. We’ll also feature hands-on, family-friendly educational activities hosted by our partnering organizations. Tell your friends and come hang down by the rivah! Help us raise $15,000 so we can continue to monitor our waterways!

Daphne and I got to make a quick trip to !!! We stopped in some our favorite shops to support and hug some of our favorite people!!! (I meant to take a pic at each stop but I’ve never been good at that)
