Our Commitment to Food Safety and Our Community
We want to sincerely apologize to our guests and our community following our recent unsatisfactory health inspection score.
We recognize that this score does not reflect the standard of care we want to provide to the people who walk through our doors. We understand that our guests trust us to prepare and serve food safely, and we take that responsibility personally. We fell short of the standards we expect from ourselves, and for that, we are truly sorry.
Since the inspection, we have taken immediate steps to address the issues identified. We are reinforcing proper handwashing and food-handling procedures with our team, as well as ensuring required certifications and records are properly maintained onsite.
This is more than simply improving a score. It is about doing right by the people who support us every day.
Our restaurant is part of this community, and many of our guests are neighbors, families, friends, and returning customers who have trusted us with their dining experience. We are grateful for that trust, and we are committed to earning it every day through our actions.
We appreciate the health department's guidance and are committed to correcting the issues identified and maintaining the highest possible standards for food safety, cleanliness, and employee practices.
To everyone who has supported us:
Thank you for your patience, your honesty, and the opportunity to do better. We are listening, we are taking action, and we are committed to doing better for our guests and our community.
