The Monday Grind 💪. One question we get ALL the time: “Why are you closed on Mondays?”
Well… this video is one big reason.🧼
Mondays are our reset day. Every single week, our kitchen gets a serious deep clean — including power washing floors, taking down and cleaning hood vents, maintaining equipment, and getting into all the places that don’t get the attention they deserve during a busy service week.
And it’s not just the kitchen. Management uses Mondays for food orders, office work, inventory, organization, maintenance, and getting the entire team set up for a successful week.
So while the kitchen may be closed, we are definitely still working 😉 and you can stop into the shop for retail purchases
A clean kitchen is a safe kitchen, and we believe our guests and our staff deserve nothing less.
