For over twenty five years, we have been searching for the perfect hoagie. We have dined at hundreds of deli's and sandwich shops across the southeast but nothing delivered the full experience of a hoagie. Some had amazing tasting breads, some had quality sliced meats. Some defrosted their bread loaves and some opened bags of pre-sliced meat ... Yuck! It doesn't matter how you cut it or how you to
ast it, the end result we were looking for just wasn't there. With a vast history in the restaurant and retail industry, we decided the search for that perfect hoagie started and ended with us. In the Fall of 2016, Hoagie Bros. was born in our hometown of Atlanta, GA. We worked with a handful of different bakeries until we ended up with the perfect loaf of bread to compliment our premium sliced meats and cheeses. We source our veggies from local farms to create an experience that is unique, fresh and satisfying. Watch as Hoagie Bros. puts on our aerial display of flying meat. We hand slice meat to order for every sandwich and salad and then throw it down the line where it is caught on a waiting loaf of fresh bread before being topped with fresh veggies, spices and sauces. We believe that every cold sub deserves a blanket, so another layer of freshly sliced meats comes flying through the air to top your hoagie. This locks the veggies and spices in place and gives your hoagie sandwich the perfect topping and the taste that can only be found at Hoagie Bros of Marietta.
