Tri Tips are one of my best items! We make a marinade in house where they rest in before they're seasoned with our house beef rub. Then they are slow smoked before being seared over hot coals.

Ribs are baby backs seasoned with our homemade rub before slow smoked. Tender and near fall off the bone ribs everyone will enjoy.

Whole sliced Tri Tip: $50
Whole baby back rack: $35

Hey all, we'll be back selling some tasty food labor day weekend. What day would you prefer? Saturday, Sunday or Monday?

Sunday would be late afternoon or early evening, Saturday and Monday more than likely would be early afternoon.
