The time is almost upon us for our grand return!!

I am working on moving my comminsary to the town of Paoli and getting things set up to be able to sell at the old Paoli Dairyland.

I will only be doing one meal a week starting off. My famous smoked pork butt sandwich, cowboy beans, real Italian pasta salad and creamed corn.

I will also be willing to rent out my comminsary and trailer for other people who are certified to be able to chase their dreams as well!

Together we can bring some great quality food to Paoli, smack dab in the middle of town!

The weather is looking nice for Saturday's downtown Corydon farmers market for Shane's Hope!

Come on down for food trucks and support organ donors!

This is a kid friendly event, should be lots to do!

I will have my new crunch burgers with onion petals, hand battered fried cauliflower and deep fried apple biscuits with homemade icing.

I'm prepping the pork butts now for the low smoke all night and making as many biscuits as I can.

For a homemade food truck experience, visit us tomorrow Saturday 11 to 7pm and support local/small orange county business!
